Our house is located in a small, quiet cul-de-sac amidst a large, idyllic garden. Just a few minutes' walk away, you'll find numerous cafes, restaurants, and several supermarkets.

Here, you can sleep undisturbed, surrounded by the sound of birds chirping. Immerse yourself in the elegant villa atmosphere with all the comfortable amenities you expect from a hotel stay – all in the midst of greenery!

Between 7 and 10 a.m., we invite you to enjoy hot beverages in our newly designed coffee and tea lounge (or in the garden during the warmer months). We do not serve breakfast, but you are welcome to consume any food and drinks you've brought with you.

In close proximity, just one tram stop or a 5-minute walk away, you can reach popular excursion spots and relaxation oases for Graz locals: Hilmteich, Leechwald, and the Botanical Garden offer numerous running and walking paths, as well as a charming little castle by the pond with a café and nursery.

To reach the city center of Graz, you can take a 15-minute walk through the historic city park or ride the tram for 9 minutes to Graz’s main square.

To attend your appointments at KF University, the University of Art, or the University Hospital/Meduni, it’s just a 5-minute walk.
