2. Prices
   All listed prices include the applicable statutory VAT.
3. Internet & W-Lan
   Internet access in the Hotel Villa Rückert is provided free of charge to guests. We do not guarantee uninterrupted internet usage with our complimentary guest Wi-Fi/LAN.
4. Cancellation Policy:
   4.1. For bookings of up to 2 rooms: The accommodation contract can be canceled without a cancellation fee by the contracting party no later than 14 days before the agreed arrival date.
   4.2.For bookings of 3 or more rooms, cancellation by unilateral declaration is only possible with the following cancellation fees:
   • Up to 1 month before the arrival date: 40% of the total package price;
   • Up to 1 week before the arrival date: 70% of the total package price;
   • In the last week before the arrival date: 100% of the total package price.
